Please contact your pharmacy for all prescription refills.  They will send us an electronic refill request with all the information needed for your doctor to quickly and efficiently approve the refill, as appropriate.

If your doctor requires additional information, testing or a telemedicine visit prior to approving, we will contact you.  Please always start with requesting the refill through your pharmacy as this is the quickest and most efficient way to get your refill approved.
