Telemedicine appointments can only be scheduled if the patient is physically in Washington State at the time of the appointment. Out of state residents looking to consult with Dr Janel should visit GI Janel Anywhere for options.
New Patients
Please complete the online new patient documents prior to requesting or booking your new patient appointment, or immediately after booking your appointment. Failure to complete your new patient forms within 24 hours of your new appointment confirmation will result in your appointment being cancelled. Any additional appointments booked prior to completing your new patient forms will be removed from the schedule until your new patient forms are complete.

Existing Patients may book for services like Biopuncture, LDA injections, etc by selecting "Existing Patient - In Office" and typing in the requested service under reason for appointment.
